Dental practices ready to send you a trial case.

We find practices that are open to a new lab, confirm the case types and workflow fit, and introduce them to you. You pay when a practice actually sends a trial case.

Built with a clinician's eye

NorthIntro was founded by a dentist with hands-on clinical experience in prosthodontics and orthodontics, the two areas where practices rely on their lab most, who now works in a Canadian prosthetic practice. We know how practices choose a lab and what makes them switch.

The practices we look for

  • Moving from analog impressions to digital scans
  • Unhappy with turnaround, fit or remakes
  • Adding a lab for a case type they do not send yet
  • Removable, fixed and digital framework work

What comes with every introduction

Each introduction is checked against a written standard you approve before the pilot starts.

Confirmed interest

The practice said it is open to a new lab and agreed to be introduced to you.

Case context

The case types they send, what is not working with their current lab, and their timing.

Workflow fit

Scans or impressions, and which scanner, so the trial case can actually reach you.

What counts as a trial case

You only pay when all four are true. We agree the details with you in writing before the pilot, and anything that misses one of them is not billed.

  • The right practiceA dental practice in a market you serve, sending the case types you want.
  • A real decision-makerThe dentist, owner or office manager who chooses the lab, not a general inbox.
  • A workflow that fitsScans from a system you accept, or impressions you can receive.
  • A case actually sentThe practice sends you its first case within the agreed window. Agreement alone is not billed, provided you contact the practice within two business days of the introduction.

What one new practice is worth to you

Judge any source of new accounts by what a practice brings in over a year, not by the price of one introduction. Change the numbers to match your lab.

$14,040
revenue from one practice in its first year
$28,080
over the time it stays with you

Price ranges come from 2025 to 2026 published fee schedules of US full-service labs, before shipping and tax. Case counts are a conservative starting point for a newly introduced practice. Replace every number with your own.

How a pilot runs

A pilot is small on purpose, so you can judge the quality of introductions before committing to anything.

A short brief from you

Your case types, materials, turnaround, scanners you accept, markets you ship to, and the trial offer you give new practices.

We agree the standard

The four conditions above, your price per trial case and the revenue share, in a one-page written agreement.

Introductions start

Each one arrives by email with the practice details and the full conversation. You contact the practice and arrange the case.

Founding pilot for the first labs

We are new, and we would rather earn proof than invent it. The first labs we work with get founding terms in exchange for honest feedback on every introduction.

Ask about a founding pilot
  • No setup fee and no retainer
  • Founding price per trial case
  • Introductions that miss the standard are never billed
  • Stop at any time

Simple terms, agreed per lab

Pricing is set before the pilot, based on your case mix and the markets you serve.

You pay for

  • A practice that sends a trial case within the agreed window
  • A share of collected revenue from that practice for an agreed period

You never pay for

  • Emails, calls or reports
  • Introductions that miss the standard
  • A practice introduced to another lab
  • Retainers or setup fees during the pilot

When we are not a good fit

We would rather tell you now than waste a month of your time.

  • You cannot take on new practices in the next few months
  • You only work within driving distance and have no shipping or digital intake
  • You want a guaranteed number of new accounts per month
  • You want us to send patient-related information. We never handle it.

Questions labs ask

Will another lab get the same practice?

No. Each practice is introduced to one lab only, for the case types agreed with you.

How many trial cases will I get?

We do not promise a number before the pilot, and you should be wary of anyone who does. It depends on your case types and markets. The pilot exists to measure it, and you only pay for cases that are actually sent.

How fast do introductions start?

Usually within a few weeks of agreeing the brief. Setting up outreach properly, so emails reach inboxes and not spam, takes time at the start.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. The pilot has no minimum term. The revenue share applies only to practices we introduced, for the period agreed in writing.

How do you find practices?

Through research and individual, compliant email outreach to practices that match your brief. Every message identifies us and offers an easy opt-out. We share a practice's contact details with you only after it agrees to be introduced.

Who pays for the trial case?

You decide your own trial offer, for example a first case free or discounted. We present your offer as you define it and never promise anything you have not agreed to.

Do you work with labs in Canada and the United States?

Yes. We are based in Alberta, Canada, and work with practices and labs in both countries, following the email rules of each.

Start with a small pilot: a few introductions, clear terms, no long commitment.
