NorthIntro ("we", "us") is operated from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This policy explains what information we handle and why.

What we collect

We work with publicly available business contact information, such as a person's name, job title, business email address, business phone number and business address, together with information about their business. We also keep records of our correspondence. We do not collect or handle patient or health information.

How we use it

• To contact businesses about services that may be relevant to their work.
• To introduce an interested business to a service provider, only after that business has agreed to the introduction.
• To keep records of consent, opt-outs and correspondence.

Sharing

We share a business contact's details with a single service provider only after that person agrees to be introduced. We do not sell contact lists.

Opting out

Every message we send includes a way to opt out. You can also email hello@northintro.com to stop all contact or to ask us to delete your information. We honour opt-out requests promptly and keep a record so you are not contacted again.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it has no forms. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for these purposes and protect it with reasonable safeguards.
