Companies that fit your firm

We agree the exact profile with you in writing before launch.

  • US companies in your revenue range, often $2M to $50M
  • Founders, CEOs and owners who handle finance themselves
  • Moments that create the need: a recent raise, a new board, a finance hire posted, fast growth
  • Industries your team knows best

What counts as a qualified meeting

You pay only when every condition is met and the call takes place.

  • The right company. In your target revenue range and industries.
  • The person who decides. Founder, CEO or owner who would hire you.
  • Real interest. They said they want to talk about financial leadership, reporting or fundraising.
  • The meeting happens. No-shows are never billed.

Hi Priya, Congrats on closing the seed round. The first board meeting after a raise is usually when founders want a forecast they can defend. We are a team of three former controllers in Austin. We work with SaaS companies between $2M and $20M in revenue on forecasting, board reporting and cash planning, a few days a month. Would a 20-minute intro be useful before your next board meeting? Mark

Questions

Do you work with other CFO firms?

Yes. Each firm gets its own list of companies, and we never email the same founder on behalf of two firms at the same time.

How fast do meetings start?

Usually 3 to 5 weeks after you say yes. New sending domains need 2 to 3 weeks of warm-up so emails land in the inbox. We use that time to build your list and get your approval on the emails.

Do you guarantee a number of meetings?

No. Anyone who guarantees volume before testing your market is guessing. The free meetings show you what to expect, and you pay only for meetings that happen.

Do I have to get on a call with you?

No. Most of our work happens by email: a short brief, then your approval of the emails. If you prefer to talk, we are happy to set up a short video call.

Tell us what you sell and who you want to meet.

We reply within one business day with an honest view: whether we can help, which buyers we would target, and what to expect in the first month.
